My glass art pieces make wonderful gifts for a family member, a friend, or yourself. You can email me and we will get started.
I cannot be held responsible for items that go missing during shipping or get broken, although my packaging should normally protect glass items during transit.
Buyer is responsible for customs duties and delays in their country. Please check with Customs in your country as duty charges may apply based on the total of your order, or the commodity type. Any duty charge (if applicable) is to be paid by you and is not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
If you're interested in downgrading/upgrading the shipping option on your item, please contact me before making your purchase so i can update the listing for you.
Shipping times do not include the possibility of weather delays, international airline or postage strikes or other wide-spread postal delays.
I will not be able to ship flowers in vases - they are too fragile and i do not trust the shipping process. I will have them for local pick-up and available at my shows.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns - except for custom or personalized orders.
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery - Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
